Things I been thinkin bout

Things that aren’t that awesome right now
• A chapped nose that never stops running
• The whistling sound my nose makes when im laying down
• People who sniffle constantly (I have sadly become one of them.)
• The cut on my hand that I accidentally let get infected
• Never seeming to get enough time in with the people I love the most.
• The stinkin freezing wind when I walk to and from work
• The red bumps all over my face…. Also known as acne.
• The fact that I still don’t have internet at work.
• I have become a lost cause blogger.
• Jason Aldean and his stupid song-“do I?” I hate his voice. He annoys the crap out of me

But Thank heavens for-
• Rocky mountain power’s plan to pay a monthly fee for power-making my budgeting life a little easier.
• We got to raise the temp in our house from 64 to 68 degrees!!! No more seeing my breath in the house- always a plus. Its so nice and toasty now 
• The fact that I work so close I can actually walk there.
• The fact that I am going to sometime get internet and rejoin the blogging world
• The sweet little boy growing in my tum tum
• The 8 lb weights I have at work- and my toned, rock hard arms 
• My space heater at work
• My sweet hub who went out at 10 at night to get me cold medicine
• Mornings that we just lay and talk for a few minutes before heading to school and work
• Still being able to fit into ALL of my jeans… (hahaha not for long I’m sure)
• Being able to sell our truck
• Somehow being able to barely make ends meet every month.
• My food storage I have been able to build up for way cheap thanks to my special coupon lady
• Being debt free
• A reliable car
• A full time job
• the naps on the medical table EVERYDAY during my lunch hour.
• The grant Steven got for school this year so we didn’t have to pay tuition.
• My rockstar hub who is busting his tookus to do 22 credits this semester.
• the wonderful house we live in. (thank you Rich and Joanne)
• Lemons
• Family get-togethers (almost weekly)
• the grandmother who, I know has already gone way over board to spoil the little one… you know who you are….
• The dad who always makes me the best food when I call him and tell him I’m coming to see him.
• The mother who always calls out on her walks, just to see how I am doing and how I am feeling
• My favorite person to talk on the phone with every day of the work week.
• My Nintendo DSI- I would not be able to get through my work day without it or the latter comment.
• Cold cereal
• My other dad who is almost as excited as us for our little man to come. And for his expression of that excitement.
• Spending time with my adorable and hilarious nephews.
• The specific and different relationships I have with each sibling (that includes the in-laws)
• The example of each sibling to me-they have each given me something that is indescribable but irreplaceable.
• My piano teacher, who is pushing me to be better. Oh and I AM getting there.
• Optimism
• Rationality- which is a rare thing during these 9 months.
Wow. My list of things that aren’t even that awesome are so far outweighed its not even funny. I am so blessed, sometimes I don’t even realize it. But I am grateful for the times when I can just sit and think about all I have to be grateful for.
