Barf

So apparently when pregnant- the doctors require drinking this nasty crap "Glucola" what a name....then an hour later getting your blood drawn to test if you have gestational diabetes (pronounced by some "dia-beet-us) well it is pure glucose ie. sugar.... pretty sure if i didnt have it before.... i do now thanks to this devil beverage. um i hope i never have to drink that stuff again. yucky poop. so far pregnancy has been awesome- havent really been sick or anything- well that drink made me feel like crap. why would they make you drink something that will inevitably make you feel worse than you already do? ( i feel bad for the women who have weak stomachs and nausea enough as it is...)
on a side note- i work for a lab- and i get all my blood work done for free! yay. so yesterday when my hour was up- i decided to try something- i drew my own blood! it was pretty sweet. i didnt even get woozy or bruise! go me.
