Julie and Julia

So.... Amanda and I were looking at food and recipe blogs, and we have decided that if you dont have good photography skills, no one will really want to try the recipes you put up. Well, im not great at taking pictures, So i will most likely never have a recipe/food blog. Im ok with that. i love to cook and bake- so i just blog hop and steal other peoples ideas. if you want to see what my favorite one is go here and you will be able to see the wonderful delicacies that they have to offer... this is where all the recipes are that i have on here. well i spent a little too much time on that blog- and decided there were a TON of things i wanted to try and make. i figured- i may as well blog about my experience in doing so. Hence the title of this post.

these scrumptious little bites are called snicker cookies- yeah we didnt have enough of just plain snickers so we used all sorts of easter garb instead. um- they have little suprises in the middle of each cookie.

this dish below- is called chicken spaghetti- yeah it doesnt look in the least bit appetizing because of my lack of photography skills, but dont you fret.... it was delish

this one is sweet and sour chicken. yummers

and this- didnt need a recipe but it was yummy nonetheless and i like the idea of having breakfast for dinner every once in a while.

i forgot to take a picture of the carmel that i made, but man it was great, its actually my moms recipe- and it made it onto the infamous McConkie Menu blog... i really gotta stop making treats. its not so good for my figure. i am starting to get quite the paunch ;)
