Happy birthday Gabe!

Last Sunday Gabe turned 2! It is so crazy to think how fast time flies. I sure love this boy, and can't believe what an amazing blessing he has been in our lives. He brings so much light and joy into our home and we are just so grateful he is ours. On Sunday- his actual birthday we had all our family over for dinner and splashing in the backyard. Everyone was able to come and we had a blast. Gabe loves to play with his cousins and get spoiled to death by his aunts,uncles, an grandparents with kisses, loves and gifts. This year for his bday he got a huge dump truck from his dada and loves being pushed around in it and pushing/racing it around as fast as his thick little legs can take him. He also got a basketball hoop and loves to play ball and "dunk".
This kid is so funny and keeps us quite entertained. His speech is starting to pick up pace and he surprises us everyday with the words he picks up. The other day he was sitting in the back seat with a thumbs up and just kept saying-"dude" it is the cutest thing. He also figured out "bubye" using words not actions and says it about a hundred times a day. Also he has been on a major cuddly streak which I love love love. He will give just about anyone a big hug and put his head head on their shoulder giving them pats. I seriously love watching this kid be so sweet. He is officially off the charts for height and now weight ( thanks to grandma sweets- time to lay off the sweets part ;) ) and is the size of most 3+ year olds. We sure love our incredibly happy and good natured boy. This next week we will welcome a little brother- so more to come on that later :)
