yesterday i was driving home from work, i was singing at the top of my lungs. like always
i realized that sometimes i just get so into it that i close my eyes. probably not the best idea while im driving.
i wear scrubs to work. and sometimes i accidentally lowride and dont even know it.
my G's go down to my calfs today. feels like im wearing skinny jeans. yucky - im not a fan of those
never ever ever ever ever allow lupus to take your hair. i made that mistake, and now i look like gollum.
brad paisley is in ONE day. count it up- ONE!
am i excited? yes.
steven made me delicious french toast for breakfast today- hes a sweetheart.
today while driving to work i found myself singing- yep you guessed it - at the top of my lungs to.... the best of EFY 95-97. I didnt even know what EFY was back then. do i love to sing to efy? yes

Mid song i was getting pretty irate...maybe livid, because there was a mr. toyota yaris in the fast lane going 60. drives me bonkers. so without skipping a beat- "sweet the surrender, sweet the embrace.... MOVE OVER!!!! " you betcha i kept right on singing, yet i was still a little tweaked.
later on chuck- the B.A.C.A. harley man whose shoulder length, crimped or maybe permed hair is flapping beautifully at 75 miles an hour pulls right next to me, made me smile. my morning has been much better.
my belly feels like it should be pregnant... well doesnt feel like it- it just looks like it. too bad there isnt a living creature in there.
i really want a dog, steve says we can only get one when i can be home to take care of it so it wont be lonely. solution... most people just get two dogs to fix that problem. i dont want two dogs. just one. or a baby. i would be fine with either one.
my moon face had better go away once im dont with these stinkin meds. im ready to be done. my appetite has been insatiable. what is the dang deal! i thought that only came around once a month. yeah not with the good ol "P -roids"
I decided to do my hair today. Thought it would be a great idea to put lots of product in it- I Love product. Now i have major "utah hair" hopefully it will calm down before anyone sees me today. but hey- ill take volume over gollum-ness any day!
i havent fallen down the stairs in my new house yet. thats AWESOME
i need new clothes.
i cant wait to start running and weightlifting again
my hands look like my grandmas. i sure do love that lady.
we are going camping tonight and i cannot even WAIT!
i really shouldnt make cookies. ever. someone has to eat them! i think i like to make them more than eat them.
sometimes i feel like i should pat myself on my back cuz i can cook. and steve likes it!
i get a kick out of peoples mannerisms.... last night in my spanish class- my teacher was cracking me up with his intonations and inflections, not to mention the facial expressions he making, to try and help the -slower students understand.
ok i think i am goin to try and wrap this up.
but first i have to tell you why headbands, helmets, motorcycles, utah county, night time and wind dont mix. take a look at the picture below.
WEll... meet Harry my 1982 Yamaha Night Hawk. HE is crazy as a road lizard, he really should be called harry the stallion. I love Harry, oh how i have missed him. keep in mind Harry has been in the hospital for crazy road lizard stallions, well the shop- or my dads garage for a little bit, so i have not ridden him in a little while, so i forgot he can be a little jumpy, i think he forgot who i was too...Dont worry i made it to school just fine, it was a perfect 6:30 pm. i couldnt have asked for better weather. Well the storm rolled in, texts started piling up from husband during my 2 1/2 hour class, "can you bail early? the storms a comin" "its raining, im coming to get you" "call me when you get done" yadda yadda.... well class ended and the rain had ceased. so i called husband and told him i would be just fine and that i would drive careful. Crap, i hate wind. I really really hate the wind- probably the most annoying of all mother natures forces. I cant believe how annoyed i get by wind. pretty much ruins my day. anyway back to the point. so i get on my bike, keep in mind i am wearing a really cute plain white headband. put on my helmet- dont worry it is pitch dark and my helmet is awesome. i have a tinted face shield- so during the day i dont have to wear sunglasses. i should put a big warning sticker on it- "not good for night riding" especially when windy. well i put my trusty helmet on and didnt realize my headband became a sweat band.... almost covering my eyes. kept sliding down onto my eyelids.... i tried and tried to push it up but it just wouldnt stay! so with i drove with a suprised look om my face the whole way home (trusty eyebrows kept my cute band up) well i couldnt put the visor down cuz it was too dark. so open it stayed. keep in mind it is windy . and i hate wind. drivin home drivin home.... stuff is gettin in my eyes. i just keep getting more irritated and more irritated. well the wind picks up.... this is really helping my mood. since the visor is open- it acts like a windsail tryin to pull me off that dang buckin stallion! i thought for sure i was a goner. so now i had to slow down even more... but You see, you have to sweet talk Harry in to slowing down or else he will get you right off of him rodeo style....yikes. I guess me and Harry need to spend a little more time together during the light of day, we need to reaquaint ourselves.
yeah. i almost died last night.
So, are you saying that other people don't find me funny either?! I'm really glad you didn't die last night, and you really shouldn't be yelling at people when you are singing about Jesus. Just a thought. Umm, and no rodeos! Leave that to Steve!
ReplyDeleteWow that was a lot of randomness! I'm glad I found your blog, I appreciate your funniness...if that's a word. Anyway, happy blogging!
